About us

We make dreams come true

Ambiente Baleares, Real Estate & Construction Management was founded more than 25 years ago by Frank Thomas Mueller out of a passion for architecture and property.

As a pure family business, we are proud that we have been able to fulfil our countless satisfied customers’ dream of living in Mallorca. We work with dedication and passion and find the right property for every client.

Whether you want to buy or sell a property, it is important that you are in safe hands – let us be your trusted advisor. Feel free to contact us and we will help you find your dream home, as we have access to a wide range of properties to suit every budget.

We specialise in the southeast of Mallorca, with our headquarters in Porreres, but we also work for our clients throughout the island.

Local expertise in Mallorca

What makes us special

Your local experts

Our head office is in Porreres and we have been deeply rooted on the island for many years. We have extensive knowledge of the Mallorcan property market. We are completely familiar with local conditions, laws and customs.

Comprehensive range of services

We are not just a property agency. In addition to buying and selling, we also take care of construction management, finca services and much more. We provide our clients with comprehensive support from the first contact to handing over the keys. We also offer additional services such as financing advice and are happy to put you in touch with other service providers.

Diverse property portfolio

We have a wide range of properties on offer. In addition, we always have special properties in our portfolio, such as houses in need of renovation or building plots. We attach great importance to the diversity of regions and locations on Mallorca and specialise in the south-east of the island.

Personalised service

We provide our clients with individual and customised support. Our multilingual team is certified and your competent contact in the property sector. Every client has their own personal contact for the different types of property we offer.
